Amazon recently remove the product detail page due to GTIN issue across all marketplaces; We did provide and affiliation letter that we are the brand owner and manufacturer; the gs1 prefix certificate and letters. However; it has been 4 weeks and still not resolved.
Has anyone been in the same situation ? how did you guys resolved it ? Please share your experience here so that other sellers can learn and resolve the issues faster.
We try did try to request a call back from leadership team but In EU and UK. seller support is very annoying. They ask you to provide more details regarding the in sssue and then the next person who replies tries to resolve it. Waste of time. The goal of opening the case is to speak with someone more experience and provide more clarity.
FEEDBACK TO AMAZON: Please provide more support to sellers and make the access to the leadership team easier for EU and UK. This will help resolves all issues faster. Or make the specialist team available in the EU and UK.
