It's not necessary to have a "blood relation". It's enough if one of you logged in your seller account using the other's wifi. So, that other account has been deactivated and for this, your account was deactivated too.
Now, this other account has to be fixed and reinstated and only then your account can be activated again.

Hello @Seller_YaMX4LnTdrZrY
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent impact to your account. I know it can be frustrating attempting to address this type of concern with minimal information, so I do want to provide some guidance to you. As mentioned by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC, if you and another seller have accessed each other's accounts or have shared information, then the association will be considered valid.
What have you been able to identify as of now? Do you recognize the store name that was shared with you in the performance notification? It will be important to provide information that can explain why our team is seeing an association to another store. What have you attempted to provide our team for review?
If the association exists due to a former relationship with the other store owner, then you will need to provide details regarding when you started working with them and when the partnership was terminated. If there was contract and you made payments to the other person, you will want to include both the contract itself and any payment information showing you did provide compensation for the services.
Please be aware that if our team is unable to verify the information to what they show in their investigation, they will not be able to remove the restrictions on the account. This will mean that we will require the associated account to resolve their impacting issues for you to successfully appeal yours. We cannot guarantee a resolution if you are unable to provide a sufficient explanation and the other store is unable to be reactivated.
We encourage you to continue to provide any information or updates you have so we may better understand and provide guidance as needed.
Best,
Atlas
