Amazon UK account for non UK resident

Hi

can someone please answer below questions.

1. what are the documents needed to open business account on amazon uk?

2. If we open the amazon UK seller account then can we able to sell in Europe & USA?

3. If I have company registered IN uk then for selling in USA do i need to open another LLC in USA and also do i need to create another seller acccount for USA?

4. If someoe who is non UK resident then will he able to open the amazon seller UK account? if yes then how can he opne the UK Business account?

please answer according to question numbers would be easy to understnd.
