Hello Amazon team,
I need assistance with Customer Product Reviews disappearing from ASIN B0DXWG53J8.
Approximately 6–8 genuine Verified Purchase reviews have successfully published on the product detail page, remained visible for approximately 3–4 days, and then disappeared.
The listing currently shows 16 reviews, whereas based on reviews that had already successfully published it should be approximately 23–24.
These are Customer Product Reviews, not seller feedback.
I have already emailed reviews-help@amazon.co.uk asking for the issue to be investigated.
I also attempted to follow the published Community Moderation support route through the Amazon customer account, but the Amazon Community / Customer Reviews / Moderation Process options are not available in my current UK customer-service interface. It only routes me into the automated customer-service chat.
Could an Amazon moderator please investigate or advise how I can get this ASIN reviewed by the appropriate Customer Product Reviews/Community Moderation team?
I specifically want to understand whether there is an issue affecting review display on this ASIN and why reviews that had already passed moderation and published are subsequently disappearing.

Reviews can sometimes disappear from a product detail page for a few common reasons: they may have been flagged during ongoing moderation checks against our Community Guidelines, the customer who left the review may have removed it themselves, or there could be a change in how products are linked in our catalogue that affects which reviews display on a given ASIN.
Since you're seeing a pattern of reviews publishing and then disappearing after a few days, I'd recommend opening a case directly through Seller Support in Seller Central and referencing the specific ASIN and the approximate dates the reviews vanished. This gives our team the detail needed to investigate on the back end.
