Not receiving e-mail notification of sales
Maybe someone can help or offer a suggestion? I've been using the same e-mail address for Amazon correspondence for 10 years. All of a sudden I have stopped receiving e-mails notifying me of any sales or funds disbursement. I checked my spam/junk folder, and the e-mails are not located there either. Yesterday I received an "Action Required: Confirmation Shipment Of Order" e-mail from Amazon. I discovered that I had three overdue orders. Today, I received two new orders, and still no e-mail notifications. Any suggestions? I went to my account settings and reconfirmed my e-mail address. Thanks.

Don't run your business from an email account. Run it from Amazon Central. Were there any sales shown in the Ship Now Section?

Hello there@Seller_R7aUWIwkFO2B4
I apologize for any frustration that you are experienced here.
We encourage you to check Manage Orders in your seller account at least once a day to ensure you are aware of all incoming orders. Do not rely on the Sold, Ship Now email notification alone to identify shippable orders. You can also check for shippable orders using the Unshipped Orders report.
This link will provide you with some additional common causes and possible solutions for why you may not be receiving your Sold, Ship Now email notifications.
If you believe there may be something else going on here, I'd encourage you to open a case with Seller Support so that they can look into what may be going on from their end. If you have a case # already, I'd be happy to look further into it if you pop that below.
I'll hang tight here for your reply.
