I am facing a serious issue with accessing my Amazon Seller Central account. Every time I try to log in, I receive a message stating that the email address I am using is not associated with any account, even though I have always used the same email address to log in.
I have opened several cases to resolve this issue, but I have not yet received a solution. Therefore, I would like to be contacted via video call by an operator or support team who can assist me in regaining access to my account.
Additionally, I need guidance on how I can obtain the necessary reports for accounting, as I am currently unable to access my account to download them.
I urgently need assistance, as my account is essential for my business.
