Premium Shipping not showing on product page
Can anyone help me? I am 100% eligible for premium shipping in my metrics, 99.7 in VTR, and now since 13th March premium shipping is not showing on my product pages. Sales have dropped significantly since then. I have created a case and the same reply" the internal team are looking at the issue and will get back to you when there is an update" The faster shipping was showing on my products and has now totally disappeared for the customer. Nothing has changed in my shipping template and premium shipping is enabled as it always has been. Seem to be getting nowhere with seller support or the internal teams. Disappointing and frustrating !!

Can you post one of your asins for people to take a look at?
Does your premium shipping page say you're eligibile?
Have you checked your inventory manager to double check the products that you offer it on are showing the correct shipping template?
Do you have any of Amazon's shipping automations turned on?

Since you mentioned your shipping template is properly configured, I would also verify that your products are assigned to the correct shipping template that has premium shipping enabled. In addition, ensure you're using carriers that are integrated with Amazon, and that carrier names match exactly as they appear in the drop-down menu.
Since you've already opened a case, can you please share that Case ID? I can take a look to determine if there are any additional next steps to take.

Christine, the shipping was showing for a week or so and has now disappeared again from the listings. my cut off time for 2pm mon-fri is not showing properlyy, Amazon have it cutting off at 1pm GMT. Ongoing from the 14th March. it is getting beyond a joke now at this stage. surely it cant take 6 weeks to rectify this issue???

Hi @Manny_Amazon, I see a new case has been opened by James, I was explaining to him that my orders have dropped significantly and customers emailing and ringing to see if I have a faster shipping option and in turn they dont proceed with their order. Losing sales and money very quickly for something that is ongoing from 13th March.

Hiya, it has been open from 13th March. totally unacceptable now at this stage. losing sales daily and its the same generic response, the internal team are dealing with it. My metrics are all at 100% so I dont see why it cannot be fixed.
