Item returned to FC instead of me?
Hi everyone
Sorry if this is an repeating post, but I couldn’t find an answer to this inquiry anywhere on the forum.
So I just got this email from Amazon:
The item is FBA and I think my setting are that every item should be returned to my address not Amazon’s.
How can I get this item returned to my address and how can I prevent this from happening again?
Many thanks

You can disable Furbish Unsellable Customer Returns in Settings > FBA which makes all the returns to you regardless of their condition and stop them from being resold again directly as new.
But the item will always come back to FC and then you will initiate a removal order which costs £0.26+VAT and can take 1-4 weeks for the return to reach your address.

To my knowledge, any FBA returns Always go back to Amazon.
You can’t change that. As far as I’m aware, it’s always been that way.
Once they have been returned, you can then get them sent back to yourself from Amazon.

As has been mentioned, i’m not aware of a way to get FBA returns direct to your address from the buyer.

if they dont meet the condition requirements Amazon wont put them back out on sale, they’ll be left for you to request the return to you
