New shipping settings notification

Hello,
I’m selling from business account since June 2018. My account was suspended (15.01. - 28.01.2019) and now, is being verified by the Amazon.
Today I got some strange notification about new Shipping Settings and my account migration. Would you be so kind and explain to me what caused this notification, what kind of migration is this and how can I proccess this migration (I can’t see any change at the shipping settings page).
