Been offered to join Amazon Launchpad...is it worth it?

I’ve recently been offered a place on amazon launchpad but am on the fence whether to do it or not due to the 5% extra on sale fees.
Has anyone else joined and can give advice on whether it was helpful or not?

Launchpad gets posted about from time to time, but rarely does anyone contribute. Either it isn’t very popular or the sellers that use it don’t frequent the forum.
Hopefully someone passes by and offers an insight.

In addition to the extra 5% on fees, what else are they looking for? And what type of sales uplift do they generally expect to achieve through joing the programme?
It then becomes a simple question of maths.

They aren’t looking for anything else. The programme seems ok. They don’t promise any sales uplift but open up tools to you such as an account manager and personal seller support (no more dealing with Mumbai support centers full of bots).
Ideally just want to see if anyone else is on the programme that can add their experience with it.
