Glitch? CAPITAL letters in the beginning of every word

Hi everyone, the bullet points of my listing are displayed with CAPITAL letters in the beginning of every word instead of lower-case letters as I enter them in the backend. It looks like a format glitch for me so I opened a case for Amazon team to fix . I said this is not a content change but just the format\ display error on Amazon site but they refuse with request like a statement below. Any similar experience and tips here? Thanks.
