Amazon Current Balance is showing £0 !?!?!?!

I wonder if anyone can help. Our Amazon balance is showing £0??? There was about £2,400 in there this morning and now it’s showing £0???

I just wondered if anyone thinks it’s just a technical glitch or whether something is seriously wrong??

We haven’t had any notification from Amazon about any issues, and the balance has 100% not just been paid into our bank as I’ve checked previous payouts and there is nothing there?

Worrying about this… if anyone can shed any light as to whether its a common technical glitch and will go back to the balance it should do soon that would be great? Or if not, how can I get in touch with Amazon to discuss?
