A-Z buyer has cancelled refund as item was delivered
Hi Everyone
I have tried several times to get a reply but just get robots replying with the same message.
The buyer has received the item finally albeit late after opening an A-Z and getting a refund.
They agreed on receiving it and screenshot the refund request to be cancelled from their side.
I have tried and failed to ask Amazon when will the refund be sent back to get the bog standard robot response to tell the buyer to contact us to tell us to reverse this The screenshot shows they have reversed this already surely!
I don’t want to harass the buyer as this to me could lead to negative feedback. Is there someone I can email to get answers that are not copied lol

You can’t ask for Amazon to cancel a refund.
The buyer has to contact them and ask them to recharge their card.
That’s the only way that it will work.
And to say that it’s been known for Amazon to tell the customer that they don’t need to, is an understatement. Chances of getting your money = low - miniscule…

Your customer would need to contact CS and ask them to recharge their card, BUT as Neil said, the usual answer from CS is that they do not need to and to just keep it, OR they say they will, but never actually do it and the seller never sees the refund in their account.
