Brand registration rejected due to "wrong" trademark registration number
Our brand registration rejected because I used the international trademark registration number instead of the US one. When I tried to enter the US registration number, the Amazon verification notes that this number is already registered and offers to apply as affiliate. Before affiliate with someone, we need to learn what the brand is this. How to learn what brand is registered on Amazon under our US trademark registration? I can't call anywhere since there's no phone number, can't write to the support. What to do?

and I checked USPTO data base, found there our brand by name, and both numbers are listed on our brand's profile - the US and the international one. Why can't the brand register group check it?
