Is amazon a scheme of scam?
I have been spending a week dealing with listing a product, I provided all the paper work I was asked for , keeps declining, no one to talk too and no email address to write too . Im now stuck with a order that I can't return
Is this how everyone that's new on selling platform gets treated ?

Pretty much. Seller Support is not worth the time writing the words "Seller Support" unless it is the simplest of queries so you would solve those in around 2-3 ping pong exchanges.
There are lots of help documents and on the whole, most answers are there so it is very much self-help.
The forum is a good way to get useful help.
