Free returns = free testing of colours?

Commonly we get returns under the reason 'Description on website was not accurate' when it's a matter of how the buyer perceives the colours on whatever screen they are using.

Example comments: "The colour does bot match my cardigan I wanted to use it on." and "Colour different from the photo & I needed it to match something I was doing"

It's mostly for markers.

What can we even do? Just raise the prices?

For now I just do returnless refunds because it's less of a loss.

You could chance your arm with Safe-T claims under the reason a false return claim was made (unless its free returns irregardless if its clothing) though obviously its a lot of work still.

Other than that - yes - raise prices.
