I've lost featured offers across all ASINs and have noticed other people having the same issues.

Can my case be investigated further as well please?

Last week, we lost all the featured offers for all of our listings for a whole week. Our featured offer percentage went down from 30% to 0% overnight with absolutely no explanation. We made case after case and even emailed the director of Amazon in the UK. No response. Can't get any help from seller support as I cant get past the AI System that that operates the customer service. Tried contacting the admins on here but It's just so hard to get any support. For the whole week I had to make so much noise to try and get things sorted out. Eventually it was as if someone flicked a switch and all the featured offers came back.. for three days.. Now it looks like they're all gone again. I cant keep going on like this. It's so detrimental. My stress levels are through the roof. Im shaking whilst writing this. I need answers but can't find any. Im really struggling mentally because of this problem.

Can you help finally get this issue resolved. Once and for all. Or anyone for that matter. Im not sure if I can keep going through this.

This is second times i have this issue,my account No featured offers available.

This issue is going to cost me a lot of money in my Amazon business.

Can Amazon fix the bug ASAP?
