Amazon vine review how to remove
Hi everyone.
I am a new seller and was wondering what is your experience on bad reviews from amazon vine? What’s the best way to approach it?
I am a new seller and i have invested in amazon vine for a product that I believe is of a very good quality. It is a baby milestone blanket. 7 out of 8 vine reviewers left great feedback with 5 and 4 stars. But today the 8th review left a very nasty review and gave me 1 star. It is very very unfair. 1 star. It doesn’t reflect the truth. We have created the design and did market research, asked many people if they liked the sample or not, and we only manufactured the blanket when we were sure that it was good quality.
I looked up the page of this review, and he wrote there really bizarre things, delirious things about himself. He said he does open heart surgery, builds airplanes and sings opera and wows women etc etc. Very weird and bizarre things about himself on an Amazon page. how is this possible. How is this serious business, I fail to understand.
I clicked on “report” under this review, is that the right procedure?
What else can I do to remedy this?
This is unjust and is detrimental to our family business. Just want to know if anyone experienced anything similar and how you approached it?
Thank you.
Aya

Can you remove a Vine review?
If the review is within the Amazon customer review creation guidelines, we will not remove it. To report a review, go to the customer review creation guidelines.
Edit - although a score of 1 may be harsh, i don’t see anything in his review that would go against Amazon’s rules. His profile may be eccentric, but that’s to your benefit really.

Reading his full bio , I think its banter rather than a mad man lol
He states he bought the product for a friend and was underwhelmed with the product
His specific issue was the removeable felt bits that you use across the blanket to mark the relevant dates
He stated they don’t stick and therefore move around the place
Maybe take this instead of an insult, as a genuine product feedback and relook at how these moveable parts could be stuck ie coarser felt or hook and loop etc
And from a parent point of view, if these don’t stick down, are they small enough for a little hand to grab them and put in their mouth ?
