unable to edit consignment with tracking number
Hi I was wondering if somebody could help me with this dilemma or have had the same as this one in February a customer ordered 3 of the same product each is 20kg in weight now for this size of product i ship with parcel force and have it linked to amazon so with it being over 60kgs in weight i have to do 3 separate orders so by time i get 3 tracking numbers one has already up loaded to amazon through the link so when i went to edit consignment it would only let me put in 1 tracking number and every time i tried i kept getting a message ( we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with this tool and are currently working to resolve it please refresh the page and try again in 15 minutes ) so i contacted amazon seller support and have had a case open since 26th february and every 4 days or so get a message that they are working on it a month as gone by and still its not resolved

I assume you are changing the quantity shipped from 3 to 1 so it should generate additional packages that need tracking?
To be honest after all this time I wouldn't worry about it.
You have a tracking number for the order so it will be valid for VTR. Amending tracking numbers after the order should have been delivered will make the tracking invalid for VTR.
Assuming the customer has not raised any concerns with non delivery then you have no issues there to resolve.
