Sellers using Generic for branded listings Amazon Take ACTION!
There are new sellers for a brand I sell that are clearly violating Amazon Generic listing rules by using Generic listings to list brand name items but Amazon refuses to take action. What do we have to do to get this cleaned up?! I have reported and reported but nothing is being done. I could use some escalation help. Case ID 16019700301. I have listing approval for the brand and when I list the same sellers list under the brand and also open their own Generic listings to block other sellers. New, inexperienced sellers are clogging up the catalog, creating misleading listings. Buyers don't know what is authentic and what is counterfeit with these Generic listings! @Cooper_Amazon if you could take a look I'd really appreciate it.

Hello @Seller_7MkPDfvuAAs55,
Thanks for posting to the Forums. In general, Sellers are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and Amazon policies when listing products. Amazon encourages sellers to report listing abuse or seller violations of Amazon's policies or applicable law.
I have contacted the appropriate team to investigate these listings for potential generic policy violations. I'll follow up as soon as I hear back from the team.
Regards,
- Manny
