Thank you for reaching out. I can see our support team has provided guidance on Case ID 12812392802. As advised, since the shipment was sent via DHL, the rejection reason would have been shared directly with them through a rejection letter. Have you been able to reach out to DHL to obtain this? That would be the best way to understand what needs to be addressed.
