Brand Registry Help Requested
We are trying to enrol a new brand with Amazon Brand Registry but are encountering the following error.
"Due to your current account status, you are not eligible to enrol a new brand in Amazon Brand Registry at this time. Please contact the Seller Performance team to address your selling account status before reapplying. They can be contacted via email at seller-performance@amazon.com. "
Any emails that we send to seller-performance are never answered and if we use the Brand Registry contact form gains we receive no reply.
Does anyone have any experience with this, or have another method of contacting them? We don’t even know what the issue with our account is - in seller central, there are no warnings highlighted, everything is in good standing and up to date?
Any help greatly appreciated.

I can only offer some general advice but:
- Have you completed account verification? Bank accounts and credit cards added, business address verified, etc.
- Do you have a pro seller account (with the £30 per month subscription) ?
- Have you checked your case log and/or your performance notifications for responses rather than looking at your emails?
I’m fairly certain the seller performance team is the wrong department to email about this issue…
Contact via email very rarely gets a response, if you want any sort of reply you should generally always try to contact Amazon through seller central and look for a reply in your case log.
To contact the account team:
from seller central hit “help” in the upper-right -> scroll down and click “get support” -> select “selling on Amazon” -> “your account” -> other account issues -> select either phone, email or chat.

I can only see your listings on Amazon UK all the other marketplaces appear to be inactive.
This may be the issue.

Also If you enrolled a brand in Brand Registry prior to April 30, 2017 on Version 2.00 and your brand meets eligibility requirements, you need to re-enrol your brand in Brand Registry.
