No
I’m not quite sure what you want Amazon to do, it isn’t really anything to do with them.
Have you tired contacting the Chinese company and informing them that your images and text are copyrighted so please desist. Is it an independent website or AliExpress/Alibaba? Hosted stores like Ali will remove copyright infringing content if you give them evidence.

Any chance that someone on behalf of you copied their pictures and / or descriptions from their website? Have you created listings yourself or someone third party?

hey thanks for getting back to me,
i do all my listings including pictures, this website actually doesnt work when you click on it you cant buy the products the address is shenzhen, and they done the website yesterday morning, and then claimed copyright straight after, i know this because i changed item title on my listing yesterday and they had the same item title on there website, well i want amazon to get my listings back up they have removed all detail page and pictures because some how this seller (who obviously has an amazon account) says they have all documentations that they own the photos ect, but they dont, how do you protect yourself from this happening because ok ill delete the item title ect do what amazon wants me to do, then same person goe and does a new website with my new pictures and item title how do you protect yourself?

I have a Google Alert for my Name and Business Name. Every few days I get an alert - and it’s usually a fake website, where they have ‘scraped’ the data from Amazon (sometimes Etsy) to make it look genuine. They then phish for credit card details.
I have button in Chrome I can use to report the sites to Google (which should hopefully mean they don’t get high up in any results). Annoyingly the Avast plugin used to have a similar tool to report fake sites, but they removed it. But it is like wach-a-mole!
Just mentioning it in case it’s a completely fake site with not just yours, but other sellers listings? Or have they just targeted you?

Oh and EVERY digital photo you take has embedded meta data - device it was taken on, the date, the shutter speed, even the GPS in some cases and so on. I can easily see all that because I have Lightroom for editing my landscape photos. There might be sites online where you can upload the original and get to see the meta data which should prove when/where they were taken. You can then pass that to Amazon.

Might be worth doing a whois look up on their site to confirm when it was registered - https://who.is/ - and you will hopefully find that it was recent - you can then perhaps use this to show Amazon that the site was set up with the sole intention of getting your products removed from Amazon, your listings would have been there before the site. If the products are your own, it would also be worth reporting to Action Fraud, and to the National Cyber Security centre. https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/section/about-this-website/report-scam-website. Hopefully you can get Amazon to see sense but it might take a while.

What about watermarking all but the 1st image which amazon like to have just white background, but everything else can be as you want.
