SPD delivery appointment required with non-partnered UPS carrier?
Hey,
I’m trying to create an FBA shipment using the SPD method through UPS (non-partnered carrier).
Does UPS need to set up a delivery appointment with Amazon’s fulfillment center to receive my shipment? Also, is this done through carrier central?

If you are based in the USA, Amazon’s shared rates are hard to beat. But, either way, your packages will end up on the same UPS trailers that all of the rest of the UPS packages that are going to whatever warehouse.

If you’re using UPS, why in the world would you not go partnered?. We ship 46lb 20X16X14 boxes for $7 a box. That’s like a 70% discount.
To answer your question fully - UPS takes care of the appointments. You don’t need to do anything.
