I recently sent my inventory for FBA. I received the inventory receiving alert email. However, later I was told there is a discrepancy in inventory and no units were inbound. Upon investigation, I found out that the units were mislabeled. The label was for the same SKU but with a different FNSKU which does not match the expected FNSKU in the shipment. It has been a month and I am unable to retrieve my inventory. Every time, I explain the issue, have provided the box labels, and the wrong FNSKU but still I get a response shipment not found. Any ideas on how can I retrieve my lost inventory?
