SFP & Personalized Products – 2-Day Prime Shipping Possible?
Hi everyone,
We’ve just joined Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) for our personalized products, but it's proving to be a real challenge to meet the 1-day shipping requirement. I've noticed that some sellers offering similar personalized items only have to provide 2-day Prime shipping instead, which would make a huge difference for us.
Is there any way to configure SFP for 2-day shipping with Prime on personalized products? I haven’t found a way to do it, and it seems like the 1-day option is mandatory. Any insights on how these sellers might be doing this would be greatly appreciated!

There is no way to be on the SFP unless you dispatch on the day of the order. Even on the 2 day option, you still have to post it within the time of your cut off which I think is 2pm. This also includes one weekend day.
Amazon offers the 2 day option based on when and where the orders are being placed and the shipping methods available, it has nothing to do with your dispatch settings.
It is a very unforgiving system and if there is any danger of missing the cut off, you need to suspend the program. It is a real pain if you do slip up. being really busy is not something they will accept as a reason for late dispatch.
