I’m really not sure what is happening here.
When I listed a HTI product it asked me to request authorisation which I did and Amazon came back and said due to my great seller performance I was authorized so I listed about 40 items I had purchased from a reputable large wholesaler. Our Amazon now saying I should have contacted HTI and asked their permission also. ?

Also I have not sold any of these items yet so no customer complaints and I was suspended about 30 minutes after listing the products

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated due to issues with listing products which you weren’t approved to sell.
Regardless of the circumstances, you will need to prepare a Plan of Action addressing the suspension reason which you can then post here for feedback.
Here is an example appeal addressing this issue, which may help when trying to prepare your own one.
Definitely don’t copy full sentences but use your own words and talk about your specific situation. The purpose of the example is to show you the proper language, format and style in which you should present your appeal to Amazon:

Still nothing back from Amazon. Account still deactivated with no response from anybody and money frozen. Suspended for 2 items that Amazon have said we did not have authorization to sell and even after emailing letter of authorization and pictures of goods still nothing. Have now asked the brand owner to email them direct.

I have now had enough of this shambles of a company. No response to any of my emails via case log, seller performance or to Jeff@amazon.com or managing director. The gloves are now off so I have entered a complaint to the UK Financial Ombudsman and I have started court proceedings in the small complaint court for the money they are illegally holding and for loss of earnings, stress, interest and damages to a limited company. Lets see how this holds up now

I think you are incorrect Kika. In the UK small businesses are the backbone of society. Not sure how it works in the states but Amazons current behavior will not go down well here. Especially when they pay hardly any corporation tax either which has also not gone down well.
