Can I get wholesale suppliers as a new UK entity seller in USA?
can anyone advise if a UK seller (new) with Ltd company will be able to source wholesalers / distributors or will this be a major blocker for me to get products / approval for amazon fba?
Thanks

Thay should have no problem selling to you and shipping to your UK address. You will just have to pay your import duty into the UK.
If you want them to ship to your LLC registered company in the USA, you will need to form your USA counterpart of the Ltd company in the UK. Real manufacturers will want your USA EIN number before doing business with you.
I do the opposite than you. I have home country account with many UK manufacturers. I call and place an order, then fly over picking them up cash and carry. This avoids using the USA distributors who make the wholesale product up 50%. Then I bring the products back myself. I need no UK company, only export documentation is required.

Many wholesale distributors only supply in selected areas. They may have regional limitations on who they can sell to.
Many national distributors do not export. They may not be authorized to or they may not feel dealing with customs paperwork and international shipping is a good business decision.
Many will not accept a new seller without a credit history, and assets within the jurisdiction of US courts.
Many will not allow a hollow company to open an account - to protect themselves and the brands they distribute.
The more popular the brands, the less likely you will be able to qualify to buy them from authorized distributors.
