Lost while in FC warehouse transfer and marked missing from inbound.

Can anyone help me with the issue?

I have sent an FBA shipment and per the inventory reports it was received in full at one fulfillment center, the shipment wasn’t marked “closed” yet while many items have been transferred to other warehouses, while in transit to the other FCs, some items were for weeks in “FC processing” status, and in the end, they got lost somewhere.

So, weeks later at the time the shipment was closed it was marked “items missing from inbound.”

can anybody help why is this an issue of “items missing from inbound” it’s rather an “Inventory Lost in FBA Warehouse”?

In fact, and it’s also reflected in the inventory report, those items were received and even got available for sale (with a late delivery date, because they had to be transferred to other FCs), and when they were in transfer it was “out of stock” on Amazon.com with a note that amazon works hard to get it back in stock.

I’ve opened a case with seller support and besides waiting long for a response, they handled it as a missing item from inbound shipment.

hello,

I am facing the exact issue shipment made on 5th of January then checked in on the 15th of January. 300 items were being fc transferred for weeks. the shipment closed on the 9th of Feb and these fc transferred units have completely disappeared from seller central. not showing in either inventory or inbound or in fc transfer. so almost 6 weeks and still the goods have not been received. I have opened a couple of cases but it didnot get me any where. They keep telling me to wait and that they see the units being transferred on their end but there is clearly an issue as I dont see them on my end.

I am not even asking for reimbursement I just need my goods as I am runing out of stock.
