Problem with verification process

Hello everyone,

Could you please help us, Do you know any email we can write to regarding verification. This is cumbersome process. Several times we send original documents + certified translation. Every requirement of Amazon meet criteria, but again and again our docs were rejected.

For example our eletricity bill - original document + certified translation / Amazon reject it /. When we asked Customer Support, they explain is that document is checked by bot...reason unknown.

A Registration extract: Original document with electricity signature + certified trasnaltion + date in last 180 days / again was rejected /. We are desperate, our business is about to collapse, we have laid off employees. We check every single document several times, step by step - every Amazon requirement.

Could you please do you know any contact with Amazon specialist
