Choosing Amazon Warehouse
Hello gusy , hope you are well
I am new to amazon fba, i have all products produced and ready to go in china
I live in yorkshire,
What determines what warehouse the supplier sends goods to? Does it depend on what is cheaper for them or do i have to choose one closest to me? does it matter …it might sound lik a silly question to the pros but I am learning and would really appreciate some help here please
Many thanks
Kany

I would strongly recommend that you get your goods delivered to yourself first.
Without doing that, you have no way of verifying quality/quantity etc before they get sent to the Amazon warehouse.
That said, Amazon decides which warehouse the goods are sent to.
Simply create the replenishment order and when you get to the end of it, it will tell you where to send them to. They don’t always go to the same place.
Also, is your supplier able/willing to label the goods for you? If not, you will have to pay Amazon to do so or place your goods in comingled inventory. This basically means using the barcode on the products and mixing your stock with anyone else’s. Though if it’s from china, I doubt that it will be barcoded.
You can specify a centre for all your goods to go to, can’t remember the name of scheme right now, but if you do this, you then pay a fee to Amazon for the privilege.
