Order was placed, but my account is showing as inactive, I am unable to reactivate my account
I just received an order on my account, and when I went to view it, it says my account was inactive, when I click to reactivate, there is no option to upload the documents to verify, I just get a message: You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated.

Do you have a valid credit card entered in your account? Not a debit or pre-paid card but an actual credit card (you receive a monthly statement, charges interest on any unpaid balance, accepts international charges, isn't tied to a checking or savings account). You can use a debit card to sign up and for the initial fee but you must have a credit card to sell.
If you've used a debit card you'll need to change it to a credit card. Enter the card into the buyer side of your account first, give it time to flow through the system (an hour or less), then select it on the seller side.

Hi there @Seller_LHi2iy5uF4EkH
My name is CR and wanted to hop in here. Apologize for the delay but wanted to see if you were still having issues here. From what I can see in taking a look at your account, it appears there is still needed re-verification of some of your information.
If you navigate to 'Account Info' from the setting dropdown, and then select 'reactive account' in red, it should take you to a screen to submit new information. Additionally, I can see you have several unread performance notifications which have appropriate links for you to follow. Please also review the most recent one (top of performance notification page) for additional information.
