Unable to Contact Seller Support via Phone - Urgent
Hello,
I am looking for help here. We are going through a very unusual situation in which we are unable to reach seller support via phone.
We are receiving an "Internal Failure" message when trying to do so.
I have discussed with other sellers and this issue seems to be specific to our account.
Can you please help here with this? @KJ_Amazon@TaylorR_Amazon or any other Mods ? We literally cannot speak to anyone at Amazon about anything.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the error you have been encountering with contacting our account health team. I know this can be frustrating as you are have an issue you are looking for assistance in.
I did review the case and confirmed that there does appear to be an ongoing review into this as of now. We will not have any information as of now, but will continue to monitor for updates that become available.

I've been having this issue for almost two weeks now. How is this still unresolved? A major reason i'm paying for the professional seller plan is specifically for phone support
