Oh gosh, I am a bit overwhelmed by your post !.......but thank you, sincerely. I have been selling here for 19 years, so have seen a lot of changes - some OK and others not so ! As a long-time seller, and probably one of the older ones too (I'm not going to give my age away !) the platform gave me a reasonable income in the early years, but not so much in the past few years where the sale of second-hand books has not been so good - for several reasons, but I will continue whilst I am able.

Amazon support should be extremely embarrassed by Jillyb as she provides more support with one reply than Amazon support supplies in ten thousand replies.

Can I also add my thanks to Jilly B who has helped me on a number of occasions.However we should be under no illusion that organisations promote “ user groups “ for one reason only - to save money on staff.Its common practice to not be able to talk to a real person but be directed via chat lines etc .As Amazon users point out on numerous occasions the level of customer service ( both buyers and sellers ) can be abysmal.Evri recently lost a package of mine and trying to get recompense was hopeless.So keep up the good work Jilly,don’t retire just yet ,but until we get a strong consumer group and Government protection we will continue to be the whipping boys for poor service from internet providers.

I'm getting close to leaving, (not as long a JillyB on here) Amazon you won't miss me, I'm a small handmade seller. But I would ask you, if @Seller_ZVAz3d5lZuGid is so well thought of by yourselves, why not remove any costs for her to continue to sell on here, whilst she is still willing to help "Your" poor befuddled? sellers.
Why not really show how much you appreciate her invaluable help!
(I have stated my gratitude in the past to her because she has really saved me some real hassle when Seller Support couldn't)
