Lithium battery UN 38.3 Rule

Hello

Has anyone else uploaded their documents and had a response. I’ve had nothing and receiving the worst support telling me hazmat is ok so they clearly don’t even know about this new rule.

All product could be destroyed on 1st Jan so I’m keen to hear other people’s cases.

Thanks

Hi,
I have asked the wholesaler to supply the UN38.3 documents as my product has a CR2032 button battery inside the watch.
They scratch there heads when I ask for the UN38.3 sheet. Is this the same as a SDS sheet.
Regards

I uploaded a couple on 2nd January for two Acer laptop ASINs.

Documents were supplied by Acer on their website.

Amazon rejected on 29th Jan as missing product manufacturer’s telephone number/email address/website and test laboratory address/website/email/telephone.

Unsure how to proceed as this is the only UN38.3 certificate provided and we cannot edit/amend it.
