Linking Registered Brand with Product Listing
Hi all,
I’m a new seller and I’ve started creating one listing (ASIN generated), the listing isn’t finalised because I paused so that I could create A+ Content for my listing. When I select A+ Content under the Advertising tab, it’s directing me to ‘Register’ my Brand which is already registered and enrolled under Brand Registry. I’m using the same email for both my seller central account and my brand registry account and I’m the sole owner and user of the brand. I also added a ‘User’ with the email id and given the user permissions (I was told do this by Brand Registry support) to link my brand to my seller central account(Again, it’s the same email I’m using) - Still no luck.
Multiple tickets later, I still don’t have the connection between my brand and my seller central Merchant ID (This is what Seller Support told me over the phone). Seller central contacted Brand Registry to help me do this and Brand Registry have now asked for my ASIN which I’ve provided but I’m still waiting for their response. (Product listing and brand name match exactly)
It’s a real pain that Brand Registry don’t have a phone service because I feel like I’m going around in circles with a new case raised each time because they close the ticket when they respond without even allowing me to verify their ‘fix’.
Any help with this would be much appreciated!

Yes, I’ve just received a reply from Brand Registry support and they have fixed the issue. It was related to the roles, they were set-up incorrectly from their side:
“As per our investigation it was found that this was because your roles were not set up correctly”
The biggest delay in all this was because I could not find how to contact Brand Registry team from within Seller Central. I had contacted Brand Registry from within their portal and they could not see anything wrong with it from their end, so Seller Central support team saw the issue and forwarded a ticket to Brand Registry who finally fixed the roles and now I have access
