Brand Registry on both Amazon US and UK

Hey guys! I wonder if someone can help me.

We currently sell on Amazon UK and US. We have a successful Brand Registry account on Amazon UK, and I’m trying to port this over to Amazon US.

When I go to enrol a new Brand on Amazon US, it says the following.

"Brand is already enrolled.

The Brand you have entered is already registered in Amazon Brand Registry. Your request to be added to the Brand is pending review by the Brand’s administrator."

I then get the option to contact the brand administrator - which is me! But I never receive the email.

I’ve tried contacting support, but I just end up going round and round in circles. They cannot seem to fathom that I/WE own the Brand, and I’m just trying to give myself access to it on Amazon US!

Does anyone have any tips? It’s driving me nuts
