Shipping Error FBA [Carrier: Amazon-Partnered Carrier ] Amazon-Partnered Carrier is unavailable because the box weights or dimensions for one or more of your shipments are ....
I am keep getting same 2 errors over and over again. The product is a Dangerous Good and i am trying to send only 12 units and getting the same result. I get same error everytime even if i try to send with non partnered carrier. I ve sent HazMat and non HazMat shipments during this time but i am unable to send this product.

Created many cases but always got same bot reply from amazon saying
-Lower the quatity (tried to send only 6 units and still couldn't)
-Delete the sku , make new shipment.
etc.
I ve tried everything and none of those worked and the products are just waiting to be send...
