Open Returns on Seller Dashboard

Hello all, I authorised a couple of returns awhile back, one was authorised 38 days ago and the other was authorised 28 days ago. The customers have not returned the items and the 2 open returns are still displayed on my dashboard.
What do I do with these, do I just leave them there?
If nothing happens, will these expire on their own?
Also what is the next step if I do receive the items back, should I click on complete, or sinply issue refund?

don’t do anything, we have loads of return request still on our dashboard, normally its customer that cant be bothered returning or realizing they have to pay to return.

they just fall off the screen eventually

Wise to check if you also have any A-Zs associated with these.
I didn’t have any warnings showing on my dashboard and have recently found 3
which have put my account at risk.

After 30 days you can mark the return request as complete. Select buyer did not return.
