Vacation setting activated
I have been trying to update my bank information recently due to an expired card, which has unfortunately left my listings deactivated while they verify the new information. Having tried to get my listings reactivated again ASAP since I’m losing out on business I have been informed by seller support that it’s because my vacation setting has been activated. Then they sent me a link where I had to fill in my Amazon username and a security key pin, which as far as I’m aware I don’t have.
Has anyone experienced this or know a quick and easy way for me to get my vacation setting deactivated if that is indeed the problem? I really need to start selling again and the chocolate teapot that is Amazon aren’t being much help at the moment.

You go to your Settings (cog wheel top right) - Account Info - Listings Status - Going on Holidays ? - make active button.
Do you not have two-step verification enabled on your account, where they send an OTP to your phone ?
