What size do you have to get to, to get UK based Amazon account managers?

My guess is rather enormous with sales in the multiple £millions for a start.
We've only ever been contacted by the 'account managers' that in reality are a sales person trying to talk us into signing up to more paid services and cannot help with account issues.

The only way you can get an account manager is to sign up to the 365 program - from what I can remember when I was offered this it was going to cost something like 800.00 a month as a fixed fee, and then an extra 2% commission on referral fees, so for us would have been over 3.5k per month
