FBA IOSS Order - What does this mean?

Hi. I thought I had my shop set to UK only orders, but I’ve recently sent some of my stock for FBA and today had an FBA IOSS order to Ireland. Will this affect my tax return etc or is it different because Amazon has dealt with my order? How come it’s an order outside of the UK when I thought I’d set it to UK only? My other marketplaces are currently set to holiday mode and I have never sold outside of the UK before. They’ve also charged the buyer more than my item is (I’ve listed them to sell at £5 each)? Thanks for any help!

As the sale is to Ireland, amazon have collected the vat for the Irish government

To stop these sales go to settings - fulfilment by amazon and scroll down to shipping programmes and export settings and change amazon UK to disabled
