Blocked unless FBA/ Status inactive: Review poor FBM performance/ MFN Blocked on my account

I have been struggling for about 6 months to unblock my products in 2 markets: the French and Italian market. They are blocked due to not being able to sell them in the MFN model. On ASINs, information such as Status Inactive Review Poor FBM performance pops up. I recently reviewed the information in Perfomance Notifications with a verification call. We made the interview and passed it successfully. We thought this would result in our products being unblocked. Unfortunately, the products continue to show as blocked. We do not want to convert them to FBA because our current sales model simply does not allow it. We have also been writing action plans based on reality. We have written about 8 of them so far, and none of them has been answered in any way by the relevant department, which is presented on Amazon's official website. Is there anyone who has had this situation and managed to fix this blockade, or any person from Amazon's department who would be willing to assist us? We are a registered brand and sell only our products.
