Fake Reviews
Hello guys,
Can anyone help me in this issue, i am facing severe issues due to receiving FAKE REVIEWS (1 star) without any purchase (i.e Not Verified Purchase). Most probably it come from the compatator.
The negative review impacted the Health and removed the Buy Box which is not fair. if it was verifited purchase, i will be OK for that and will accept it but it is FAKE from someone shows as "Amazon User" and when i accessed his public profile, i found out that this is his job to just drop negative reviews against money i think.
How Amazon is not taking action againt that, i contacted the support chat which is USELESS.
Can anyone help me on how to overcome this issue.

lot sellers using third party marketing they might be using the third party to damage the business be aware report to amazon to verify the purchaser if you doubt very important third party also using multiple accounts be aware report it
