Amazon Buy Shipping printing configurations - problem

I have asked this question on one of the VTR topics but really need some help on this hence starting a new topic. I have spoken to both my label provider (Priory Direct) and Royal Mail Click and Drop but don’t seem to be getting anywhere. In Click and Drop you can use A4 integrated paper, but it seems you can’t do this for Amazon Buy Shipping :frowning:

I’ve encountered a problem with printing the postage/packing slip in Amazon Buy Shipping.

I use integrated labels (A4 paper with peel-off sticky section) and the actual postage part that I need to stick on the parcel is almost in the middle of the A4 paper meaning it misses the sticky peel-off bit, by a long way.

How the hell do I or you guys get around this!? I really want to continue to use A4 integrated labels as I work on a Mac and I imagine the thermal printer will have issues talking to my mac?

I’m not very tech savvy so please explain in language a child would understand.

Thanks

The below is what I chose on my sample Buy Shipping purchase. Does anybody know what type of printer and paper I need to suit? I have spoken with so many people on the phone regarding this and no one seems to know :frowning:

I refuse to believe that there isn’t a quick solution to be able to print packing slips and labels for Buy Shipping. But I am absolutely exhausted in trying to find the answer. Arghhhhh

You can buy them on Amazon and in many other places, its a4, 2 per sheet

Well technically (before someone picks me up for it, its not a4) but for label printing purpose if its those you want to print, thats what you need
