Business address verification for old account
We have an old account been selling for more than 1.5 years and was suddenly asked to verify our business address.
Its been four weeks since i have submitted my business verification and I’m very sick at the moment and wanted to assign someone to work on my account while I’m going for treatment.
I have got 3 generic answers and normally it says 10 days to get verified that’s crossed already.
Any one facing the same problem also amazon UK asking us to verify identity like 3 times this year whats going on ???

yep and they can be added its just the business address verification. Its taking ages more than a month now. no replies and all case gets forwarded to the third party seller board reviews or something.
I have been selling in amazon since 5 years and never complaint about anything before but this is really unbearable now as im struggling with my disease and treatment theres no one to help me inside amazon uk seller support verification team.
All falls into deaf ears.
