Anyone knows how to contact DRUDE carrier?
I’m trying to track my shipment as Amazon tells me it has been dispatched days ago but it seems impossible to get any information from this CARL DRUDE carrier. It directs me to Kuehne + Nagel website but even if I can see my shipment was dispatched on their website, when I called Kuehne + Nagel UK, they cannot even give me a number for me to contact DRUDE. If anyone has this information, please let me know.

DRUDE has been purchased by Kuehne&Nagel a while ago, which operates as GLS carrier.
However there seems to be no implementation of the DRUDE system into K&N or GLS -Amazon ships via DRUDE, then K&N has to manually create a GLS identlabel. This breaks the tracking, of course.
We had dozens of vendor returns last year being shipped out with DRUDE, several of them completely lost, some being delivered after a couple of months (!), all due to incomplete address labels which to manual corrections to them.
So the only way is to contact Amazon, they need to start an investigation, as the tracking has to be done manually.

I’d assume they won’t help you with the tracking, as you are not the sender.
