Read onlyToday I was charged for the return of an FBA order and the reason was "The item was not received by the estimated delivery date". The item was purchased on November 8 and the return time was extended to January 31. The item that is being returned is a fireplace which people use most often during the winter, so the thing is has been used many times. FBA orders Amazon takes responsibility for shipping, but it turns out that if Amazon does not deliver or delivers late, I still have to pay for return.
what was the estimated delivery date and when was it delivered to the customer?
