OTP problem

I cannot log in my seller account because of not sending OTP number to my phone number For the second time

First time :

I can't login to my account each on amazon seller application or browser on my PC because of not sending OTP number also after sending OTP number I receive notification by (The URL not defined)

Second Time :

The OTP number Sent to me If I logged in my seller account on my PC but the same thing on application I didn’t receive any OTP number then I stopped working on my PC and returned to work The same issue happened on my PC and application and till now I spent time more than 24 hour without receiving any OTP number and not logging into my account due to this issue

I need urgent help and support at this issue because I registered at amazon seller more than two weeks ago but still not able to add my products till now

Here’s how to fix it:

Log in to your regular Amazon account (not your seller account)—it won’t ask for an OTP.

Go to Account > Login & Security and turn on 2-Step Verification.

Pick Authenticator App as your preferred method and follow the steps to set it up.

After that, you’ll be able to log in to your seller account using the Authenticator app instead of SMS, which doesn’t work most of the time.
