You have probably registered your legal entity as individual, rather than your account type. That would be why you were charged the £30. You can downgrade your account and raise a case to get a refund.
If you did register you legal entity as “individual” rather than one of the business types, you will need to change it - assuming you are a business of course.

There are 2 account types (legal entity) - Business (buying stock to sell on) and Individual (where you are simply selling off your own personal secondhand items such as books DVDs,CDs etc), and 2 Selling Plans - Professional (which is the one that costs £30 a month) and Individual Selling Plan where you pay an extra fee per sale and is cheaper if you sell less than 34 items per month.
As business you can be on either selling plan, so if you want to beon the individual plan you will need to downgrade - go to Help (top right) and in the search help box type in something like ‘signed up for professional account by mistake’ and it will guide you through.

I had that too and they said, keep going as a professional and then you can click the option to downgrade in the account settings and write to us to get a refund. I think they’ve refunded me doubly but going to worry about that later.
I did say how are we supposed to do it as an individual as I was pretty sure I had: " please know that Amazon automatically selects professional selling plan as default for new seller’s while registration"
